Our Team

Dr. Andersonning has made herself into a sought-out physician for following best practices in medicine and for treating each patient with respect as a whole and dynamic person. She loves being able to provide wide-ranging medical care to individuals and families of all ages and stages of life.

Dr. Andersonning graduated from Alma College receiving a Bachelor of Science degree. She went on to earn her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, MI in 2014, and is dual board certified in Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. She has been providing excellent healthcare to patients for the last 9 years.

She is married to Russell and has two children, Emrick and Myrna. The entire family enjoys camping, canoeing, soccer, hiking, and just being outdoors. Their favorite family places to visit are on the beaches of Lake Michigan.

Angie attended Ross Medical Education Center and graduated in 2010 as a certified medical assistant and a certified phlebotomist. She specifically chose family medicine as her focus because she wanted to get to know patients on a more personalized level and follow them from start to finish with all their healthcare needs.

Angie has a kind and compassionate nature and is a good listener, all of which make patients feel at ease during their visits. She previously worked with Dr. Andersonning and they quickly realized how compatible they were as a team and enjoyed working together. They found they had much in common including their high level of compassion, their commitment to caring for their patients, and even their love and commitment to making family first. Angie is excited to continue working with Dr. Andersonning as her medical assistant and looking forward to following new and past patients.

In addition to her commitment to the patients she serves, she is also committed to her loving husband Jesse, and two boys, Anthony and Justin. In her free time, she loves to go camping and fishing with her family, and swimming or walking her two fur baby dogs.
